We develop software.

We design and build integrated e-commerce and content managed websites as well as bespoke software solutions. We specialise in B2B ecommerce.

We use Microsoft’s ASP.net and SQL server framework and Umbraco’s excellent content management system. We are Umbraco Gold Certified Partners and have been implementing the platform for more than twelve years.

We use open source software as we believe the tail shouldn’t wag the dog and that software should do what you want it to do - not what the vendor says it can do. Open source offers greater flexibility as we can write bespoke code to extend functionality and meet specific business needs.

We work within our own structured processes, based predominantly on Agile, which allows us to be more responsive, provide greater visibility.

We design.

With a deep heritage founded in design for brand and print, added to by more than 20 years in user interface and user experience design, we design for all media.

We believe creative thinking provides the spark that breathes life into any design be it for paper or screen. To get it noticed, to grab attention and make it stand out from the noise. We specialise in the design and delivery of brands, from strategies and concepts through to implementation across the whole brand experience.

We provide marketing support.

We’ve employed in-house Chartered Marketers since 2005 because we recognise that the digital and brand solutions we develop don’t work in isolation. Launching a website without search engine optimisation, for example, is like opening a shop in the middle of a field with no access roads or phone connection.

Our approach to marketing is very flexible and we often work in collaboration with inhouse teams or other specialist agencies or consultants. We also work with clients across the marketing spectrum from research and strategy through to content creation and the delivery of campaigns including SEO, adwords, social media and conventional media.

We film.

We believe the 'telling not selling' principles of content marketing are much more effective and engaging than traditional techniques. This storytelling approach means that video has become an invaluable tool for content marketing - most people choose to watch the film rather than read the book.

And video is an essential part of the online experience. It's highly effective on mobile devices - the preferred media choice of 'Millennials' and 'Gen Zers' - it's great for social media where it typically achieves higher views, likes and shares and video has a benefit on Google where it's one of the key elements of search engine optimisation.

We believe that video is so important that we brought it in-house so that we could control production values, consistency and speed of delivery.
