Wigan Run Festival

The Wigan Run Festival has grown from the initial Wigan 10k road race into a series of events and races. The concept was developed by local charity Joining Jack, which we also branded, as a way to encourage fund raising for it and other charities.

The brand uses a Wigan skyline to place the events in context and then the ‘i’ in Wigan is substituted with a series of running characters to depict the activity. The runners’ number is updated for each year. The original 10k brand has been extended across the other races with a changing colour pallet. The brand has been rolled out across signage, marketing communications, medals and the website which we also created and support.

We dontate all our work for the 10k and Run Festival as part of our commitment to support local charities.
