Bespoke Healthcare began trading by providing specialist neurophysiology monitoring services predominantly to the NHS and then to leading private hospitals. The business has grown into a group of companies focused on specific healthcare areas including respiratory care, spinal care and physiotherapy. The business has also expanded into cosmetics delivered from its own private hospital.
During the business’s growth, the Bespoke brand had become disjointed with separate identities for each company all with different styles. We developed a new brand which consolidated the businesses within the group under one brand style, which provides a consistent identity and adds cumulative value to the overall Bespoke Group.
A comprehensive strategic exercise was undertaken to help rationalise the brand, develop the brand values and company ethos before designing and rolling out the brand across all marketing communications and developing a brand guidelines document to capture and protect the brand.
