Investment house Pitalia is comprised of two distinct arms; Real Estate and Capital.

Pitalia Real Estate invests in and develops property in the UK market with a focus on sustainability and developments that contribute to a wider improvement in the country’s built environment.

Pitalia Capital is an equity investment company deploying private family office equity with initial funding of between £1M to £10M. The company offers a tailored approach to support their investments with capital, sector expertise, development of a management team and strategic support.

We have designed and developed a single site for the business which provides a corporate statement home page, with video embedded into the logo, which immediately invites the user access to either Real Estate or Capital with slide-out navigation for each. Once selected, each section offers an overview of the business, key people, approach, news, contacts and the investment portfolios of each area.

The site has been developed in Umbraco.
